How to delete data held by MarketGlowup, Inc. — Last updated: August 22, 2026
You can have the data MarketGlowup holds deleted at any time, and you do not need an account with us to ask. Pick the situation below that matches you. Everything on this page is part of our Privacy Policy.
1. You are a MarketGlowup customer and want to delete one connected account
This deletes everything we hold for a single connected LinkedIn organization, Facebook Page, or Instagram professional account and leaves the rest of your MarketGlowup account intact.
- Sign in at app.marketglowup.com.
- Go to Settings → Connections.
- On the connection you want removed, choose Disconnect and delete data, then confirm.
This permanently deletes the stored post content, the analysis we derived from it, and the performance metrics for that organization, Page, or account. It also revokes our access token, so we can make no further calls on its behalf.
2. You are a MarketGlowup customer and want to delete your whole account
Deleting your MarketGlowup account deletes all data from every connected account associated with it. Email privacy@marketglowup.com from the address on your account, asking us to close and delete it. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
We keep billing and tax records for the period applicable law requires. Those records contain your invoicing details only — never data from a connected platform.
3. You are a LinkedIn member, or a Facebook or Instagram user, and want your data deleted
If you commented on, reacted to, or otherwise interacted with a business page that uses MarketGlowup, you can ask us to delete anything we hold about you — you do not need a MarketGlowup account, and you do not need to know which business it was.
Email privacy@marketglowup.com with the platform (LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram) and the profile or handle concerned. We delete the affected data immediately on receipt and confirm back to you.
In most cases there is nothing for us to delete, by design. MarketGlowup does not store the text of comments or reactions made by members and users of connected platforms, and does not store their names, photos, or profile information. We retain only aggregate counts, which do not identify anyone. We will still process and confirm your request.

Separately from any request, connected post content and the analysis derived from it is deleted automatically six months after we receive it, and aggregate performance metrics after one year. Where more than one period could apply, we apply the shortest. See Section 3 of our Privacy Policy for the full retention terms.
